Hongqing CHEN

Dr. Chen graduated with a medical degree from Tongji Medical University in 1988. In 1999, he obtained PhD degree from Peking Union Medical College. He worked in the Anschutz Medical Campus at the University of Colorado for more than ten years, and was certified by ECFMG. He has held key roles such as chair or chief physician of dermatology in several teaching hospitals affiliated to famous medical schools in China.

Dr. Chen has devoted his passion and knowledge to the personalized care of dermatologic patients based on their own choices and options. He has almost 30 years of clinical expertise, including medical dermatology and STDs. Dr. Chen specializes in the treatment of skin diseases during pregnancy, facial skin diseases, immune-related skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, vitiligo, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.), photodynamic therapy, glycolic acid peels, cosmetic laser treatments, non-invasive body contouring and skin tightening procedures.

Dr. Chen is an official certified physician for Allergan’s Juvederm and Botox, an official certified trainer for Thermage, an official certified operator for CoolSculpting.
