• Over 14 years of clinical rehabilitation work experience.
• Skilled in pelvic floor function repair (urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia), diastasis recti, poor pelvic stability, and pain management of the pubic symphysis and sacroiliac joints.
• Proficient in assessment and treatment methods for related conditions, including the operation of physiotherapy equipment, manual therapy, and functional exercise.
• Experienced in using Pilates, SPS, and WAFF to adjust body posture (postpartum buttocks, false hip width, large neck lump, lower limb alignment, etc.).

• Graduated from the Department of Rehabilitation Therapy at Harbin Medical University in 2011.

• Interned for one year at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
• Pursued advanced studies in postpartum rehabilitation at the First People’s Hospital of Zhongshan City.
• Worked on female postpartum rehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at Hengli Hospital in Dongguan.

• Participated in Maitland diagnosis and treatment technique training for lumbar, pelvic, and hip conditions.
• Completed a course on postpartum pelvic girdle pain and overall pelvic rehabilitation.
• Completed the Canadian Stott Pilates (mat) international course.
• Completed the American Balanced Body Pilates reformer beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses.
• Completed the Canadian Stott Pilates full-length tube beginner and intermediate courses.
• Obtained SPS Spinal Spiral Stability Certification.
• Achieved French WAFF Certification.
