Hao WANG

Dr. Wang graduated from Guizhou Medical University in 2011, and then worked in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. She completed her standardized training of medical residents and the training of attending physicians in 2013 and 2014, where she mastered the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and rescue of critical diseases in the department of gastroenterology. In 2017, she studied endoscopic ultrasonography in the endoscopy room of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Hospital, and was skilled in endoscopic ultrasonography and endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle puncture. In 2019, she visited Naples Cancer Research Center in Italy on behalf of the hospital. In 2020, she participated in the “51st Course of Endoscopic Minimally Invasive Resection Technology” held by the Endoscopy Center of Zhongshan Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai Fudan University.

Before joining Guangzhou United Family Hospital, Dr. Wang worked in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for 10 years. In 2021, she was appointed as the deputy chief physician in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

She has plenty of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently occurring and complicated diseases in the Department of Gastroenterology. She can also skillfully perform gastroenterology and related treatments, such as esophageal varices ligation, gastric varices tissue glue injection, ultrasonic gastroenteroscopy, EUS-FNA, EMR, ESD, benign and malignant stricture expansion of digestive tract, stent placement of digestive tract tumors, etc.

In addition, Dr. Wang has also made a number of research achievements in clinical research, and has presided over department level and municipal level projects. She has participated in a number of provincial projects, and published many articles in the Journal of Clinical Hepatobiliary Diseases, the International Journal of Digestive Diseases and other journals. She also served as a member of the Gastrointestinal Diseases Branch of Guangdong Natural Medicine Research Association.
