Personal Motto
- My therapeutic work is grounded in empathy and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I work with clients to identify interpersonal, emotional, and behavioral patterns that may affect their self-development and, through an authentic and accepting therapeutic relationship, support them in building healthier relationships with themselves and others. My aim is to gradually strengthen clients’ capacity to cope with stressors related to academics, work, life, and relationships, and to approach challenges with greater flexibility and balance.
