• Minimally Invasive Surgery for Benign Breast Tumors: Specializes in minimally invasive procedures for benign breast tumors, including those up to 3-5 cm in size. For cases that are unsuitable for these approaches, he offers scarless surgery through concealed axillary incisions.
• Breast-Conserving Surgery and Reconstruction: Has extensive experience in breast-conserving surgery for cancer, utilizing hidden incision techniques. This approach is combined with autologous fat grafting to repair post-operative defects, helping patients maintain a natural breast contour while achieving oncological control.
• Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment of Lymphedema: Focuses on preventing and managing post-mastectomy lymphedema. Utilizes lymph node dissection techniques that preserve all axillary vein branches and nerves to reduce the risk of lymphedema. Also performs Lymphaticovenular Anastomosis (LVA) and liposuction for effective management of post-operative lymphedema.
• Immediate Breast Reconstruction (Stage I): Expertise in nipple-sparing subcutaneous mastectomy via hidden axillary incisions, with simultaneous reconstruction using silicone implants or autologous tissue (such as DIEP flap or latissimus dorsi flap). This enables immediate breast restoration following tumor resection.
• Delayed Breast Reconstruction and Revision: Provides secondary reconstruction for patients post-modified radical mastectomy, including inframammary fold reconstruction, implant placement, or autologous tissue transfer. Also offers precise symmetry adjustments for suboptimal primary reconstruction outcomes.
