Professional Expertise

• Expertise in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various common and prevalent neurological disorders, with primary areas of expertise including cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive impairment (dementia), Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, dizziness/headache, and peripheral neuropathy. Extensive experience has been gained in the acute phase management and long-term standardized care of acute cerebrovascular events such as cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. Additionally, possesses solid clinical expertise in diagnosing and differentiating complex and rare neurological conditions.

• Worked in the Department of Neurology at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University after graduation in 2011, during which time visited and studied in the Department of Neuroscience at Pennsylvania State University, USA for 2 years.

• Won the first prize of Guangdong Medical Science and Technology Award in 2021
• Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award (Natural Science Award) in 2022
• Best Team in the 2022 Guangdong Medical Association Neuroimaging Competition
• Nominated for the “Second Power Mid-Career Doctors” in Guangdong, 2022
• Principal investigator of one National Natural Science Foundation project and one Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, participated in multiple national and Guangdong provincial scientific research projects, published numerous professional papers in domestic and international journals.
