Lihua Xie

Dr. Xie Lihua graduated from Tianjin Medical University in 1993. She is highly proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of obstetrics and gynecology, as well as the management and care of critical diseases. In 2009, she obtained the qualification of associate chief physician in Tianjin Hebei Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and the qualification of chief physician in 2016 at Tianjin Amcare Hospital.

Dr. Xie has been engaged in clinical work of obstetrics and gynecology for several years. With rich clinical practice experience, she is able to deal with common, frequently occurring and critical diseases of obstetrics and gynecology. She is an expert at pregnancy management, including gestational diabetes, hypertension and other diseases management, and very experienced in the operation of forceps and fetal head suction midwifery. She is also skilled in managing complex cesarean sections and extraperitoneal cesarean sections, with rich experience in TOLAC, TOLAC screening and management and emergency cesarean section operation.

With rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, Dr. Xie is skilled in the operation of intrauterine tamping, uterine vascular suture ligation and various uterine suture hemostasis operations, and can quickly and skillfully perform subtotal hysterectomy and total hysterectomy. Dr. Xie is also proficient in prophylactic cervical ligation and acute cervical ligation, along with family planning procedures, gynecological open hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy.
