Liyu LU

Dr. Lu graduated from Southern Medical University in 2001 and received her Master’s degree in 2009.

Before joining Guangzhou United Family Hospital, Dr. Lu worked in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University. She is skilled in prenatal ultrasound screening and diagnosis, fetal echocardiography, gynecological diseases, and abdominal diseases of ultrasound diagnosis.

Dr. Lu has extensive clinical experience that spans over 20 years, and she has been a ultrasound specialist for over 14 years. She completed a fellowship in prenatal diagnosis at Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2012. At the same time, she obtained her qualification in prenatal diagnosis of maternal and child health medical imaging. She also holds a certificate in ultrasound screening at 11 to 13+6 weeks of pregnancy from the British Fetal Medical Foundation.

In addition to specializing in ultrasound diagnosis, she regularly attends national and provincial medical academic conferences, and published several academic papers in domestic and foreign medical journals.

Dr. Lu speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
