Professor Liu

Professor Liu holds bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees in medicine from Sun Yat-sen University, and is a master’s supervisor.

Professor Liu has been engaged in oral clinical work at Sun Yat-sen University for more than 20 years. He won the second prize in the Guangdong Periodontal Case Report Contest and won a prize in the National Dengshiba Root Canal Therapy Competition. He is excellent at comprehensive treatment for adults and children.

Professor Liu is very skilled at comprehensive treatment for adults and children. She is good at basic periodontal treatment, periodontal surgery, dental restoration, dental pulp problems, oral and maxillofacial surgery, pediatric dentistry and so on.

She can treat periodontal diseases such as gingival bleeding, tooth loosening, gingival hyperplasia, periodontal pulp combined disease and other comprehensive treatment: periodontal basic treatment, all kinds of periodontal surgery, such as periodontal flap, guided tissue regeneration, root covering, crown lengthening, root resection, semi-resection, gingival tumor resection, loose tooth fixation and so on.

She can deal with all kinds of missing teeth crowns, bridge and other fixed dentures and removable denture repair, anterior tooth cosmetology, and so on.

She can fill and repair all kinds of dental defects, root canal treatment of anterior and posterior teeth, apical surgery, whitening of anterior teeth, etc.

For implants, she can deal with single tooth and multiple teeth implant repair. She can also carry out oral and maxillofacial surgery and he is skilled with treating anterior teeth, posterior teeth residual crown residual root extraction, impacted teeth, orthodontic teeth, supernumerary tooth extraction, dry socket treatment and so on.

She is excellent at pediatric dentistry, and can treat dental caries, pulp disease and periapical disease in children.

Professor Liu is a member of the Standing Committee of the Periodontal Branch and Plastic Surgery Association of Guangdong Stomatology Association, and a director of Guangdong Medical Association. She obtained and participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation and Guangdong Natural Science Foundation projects, and published many SCI papers.
