Professional Expertise

• Microscopic Dentistry: Specializes in microscopic root canal therapy (RCT) and microscopic apicoectomy (over 5,000 cases completed), as well as restoration of residual roots and crowns. Awarded Second Prize in a national root canal therapy competition.
• Caries Prevention & Management: Experienced in the treatment and prevention of dental caries in children and adolescents, and root surface caries in elderly patients.
• Tooth Extraction: Proficient in the removal of complex wisdom teeth and impacted supernumerary teeth in children, plus other dentoalveolar surgical procedures.
• Comfort / Sedation Dentistry: Skilled in providing dental treatment under general anesthesia for children (including caries management and supernumerary tooth extraction) and complex dental procedures under general anesthesia for adult patients.

Educational Background

• 2008 Graduated from the 7‑year integrated undergraduate‑master’s program at Guanghua School of Stomatology, Sun Yat‑sen University, with a Bachelor of Clinical Stomatology and a Master of Medicine in Endodontics.
• During postgraduate training, studied under Professor Ling Junqi, former Dean of Guanghua Stomatological Hospital and National Leader in Endodontics, focusing on complex root canal retreatment.
• Completed nearly 3 years of clinical practice at Guanghua Stomatological Hospital, Sun Yat‑sen University, with advanced training from prominent specialists including Professor Wei Xi and Professor Xu Qiong.

Clinical Experience

• Served over 10 years in the Department of Stomatology, Guangzhou First People’s Hospital, holding the position of Academic Secretary and Attending Physician, with responsibility for teaching supervision and complex endodontic cases.
• Worked over 8 years at Distinct Healthcare (Guangzhou Dental Clinic), advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant, focusing on the development of specialized dental teams and the implementation of comfortable/sedation dentistry protocols.
