Brain Health Center and Neurology
The Center provides comprehensive evaluation and management for patients with memory decline, cognitive changes, recurrent dizziness, headaches, movement disorders, and other neurological symptoms. Through the integration of medical history, cognitive assessments, imaging studies, and laboratory testing, the Center focuses on the early recognition, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of cognitive impairment, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson’s disease, sleep disorders, and other chronic neurological conditions.
For eligible patients with Alzheimer’s disease, the Center further evaluates innovative therapeutic options and associated monitoring requirements. For selected cognitive, emotional, sleep-related, or motor-function disorders, we integrate repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), pharmacotherapy, and neurological rehabilitation. Neurologists, rehabilitation therapists, and nursing staff work collaboratively to provide functional assessment, rehabilitation training, and home-care guidance.

Center Highlights
Memory and Cognitive Risk Screening
When patients experience memory decline, frequent forgetfulness, reduced attention, or behavioral changes noted by family members, it is important to distinguish between normal aging, mood- or sleep-related disorders, mild cognitive impairment, and early Alzheimer’s disease. The Center performs initial cognitive risk stratification using neuropsychological assessments, medical history review, family interviews, cerebrovascular risk evaluation, and functional assessments to determine whether further imaging or biomarker testing is required.
Precision Brain Health Testing Portfolio
For patients requiring further evaluation of the type and stage of cognitive impairment, the Center offers brain MRI, PET-MR/PET-CT, blood- or cerebrospinal fluid-based biomarkers, APOE genotyping, EEG, and AI-assisted visualization tools to help clinicians assess brain atrophy, cerebrovascular risk, amyloid-related pathology, and other neurological findings. Test selection is determined by the physician according to individual patient needs.
Innovative Alzheimer’s Disease Therapy Management
For eligible patients with early Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment, the Center evaluates innovative therapies such as lecanemab, including pre-treatment screening, indication verification, infusion scheduling, imaging monitoring, adverse-event observation, and follow-up care. All such medications are administered strictly in accordance with approved indications, physician assessment, imaging requirements, and hospital compliance standards.
Cerebrovascular and Chronic Neurological Disease Management
Brain health management requires simultaneous attention to memory changes, cerebrovascular risk, and chronic neurological disorders. The Center provides specialized evaluation, medication management, rehabilitation referrals, and follow-up recommendations for patients with post-stroke conditions, transient ischemic attack, hypertension- and hyperlipidemia-related cerebrovascular risk, Parkinson’s disease, dizziness, headaches, peripheral neuropathy, and sleep disorders.
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Adjunctive Therapy
For suitable patients with neurological or related functional impairments, the Center offers rTMS evaluation and treatment planning. rTMS uses pulsed magnetic fields to provide non-invasive stimulation of specific brain regions and may serve as an adjunctive treatment modality within a comprehensive neuromodulation program. Treatment targets, stimulation frequency, and treatment duration are determined based on the patient’s diagnosis, symptoms, prior treatments, and contraindications, with clinical response monitored throughout therapy.
Neurological Rehabilitation Support
Stroke and certain neurological disorders may affect limb function, balance, gait, respiratory function, and activities of daily living. Neurologists, physiotherapists, and respiratory rehabilitation therapists collaborate to evaluate patients according to neurological function, exercise tolerance, and stage of recovery. Patients may receive bedside mobility training, strength and range-of-motion exercises, balance and gait training, breathing exercises, and home-rehabilitation recommendations.
Long-term Follow-up and Home-Care Guidance
Cognitive impairment and chronic neurological disorders require long-term monitoring and support. The Center helps establish individualized follow-up plans to track cognitive changes, behavioral symptoms, medication response, fall risk, and caregiver burden. We also provide guidance on cognitive rehabilitation, home safety, nutrition, exercise, sleep management, and family communication. For patients with records from other hospitals, we assist in organizing medical documentation and interpreting imaging findings.
